Everyone was super nice and explained everything. The only thing I’m unhappy with is that I explained which treatment plan I wanted to turn into my insurance and the highest one was turned in. I’m retired and on a fixed income and there is no way I could afford the most expensive plan. Now I have to wait to get another treatment plan turned into the insurance.

I received my permanent dentures today and even though I couldn’t afford the most expensive package everyone treated me as if I spent a million dollars. They would not let me leave until I was completely satisfied. Very kind and caring. I would recommend them to everyone.

This was my first visit to this dental office and I was very impressed with the people the cleanliness the professionalism and the fact that they go so far out of their way to make you comfortable and pain-free. I had two teeth extracted and other dental work getting ready for a crown. There was no waiting around as soon as they told me what the problems were with my teeth they were ready to get started and did. Even though I was there for 3 to 3 1/2 hours they made sure I was comfortable and pain free at all times. Dr. Ignatowicz was extremely friendly asking me about myself and explaining the work that I might need that I did need and what that involved. I was very impressed with the More up-to-date positive differences and procedures from other offices I had been in.
