Ameritas offers PPO dental plans through its extensive Classic, Plus, and Focus networks. Several features make Ameritas especially valuable for patients planning major restorative work:
- Rollover benefits that let unused portions of your annual maximum carry over into the next year, helping you build up coverage for major procedures like full dentures or implant restorations.
- Generous annual maximums, plus rollover amounts on top, which can meaningfully offset the cost of multi-stage treatment.

Coverage Specifics for Major Restorative Care
